We are excited that you are purchasing a ready to wear or custom unit Eloquent Wigs, A Wig Collection by  Sidney Sha’don. This agreement is to ensure you understand that each unit is custom handmade from raw materials and specifications just for you! 

 

 

CUSTOM UNITS RETURN POLICIES 

 

1.All sales are FINAL. Returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT accepted. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for completed custom projects or items purchased as is. 

 

2. In order to ensure client satisfaction on custom orders, a full detailed consultation is required . If you are unsure about the fitting of your unit you may come in for proper fitting or a detailed video will be sent to you on how to properly measure your head. 

 

3.Significant changes not part of the original design of the original project could result in additional cost of work time if fitting adjustments have to be made. 

 

 

AS IS , READY TO WEAR UNITS 

 

1.No returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed on ready to wear items purchased off the shelf or from the online store .

 

2.No changes or adjustments will be made to Custom Ready to wear items purchased off shelf or from the online store . We are not responsible if measurements are inaccurate. PLEASE make sure your measurements are correct before purchasing. 

 

3.If your ready to wear item does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to let us know soon as you receive the item in the mail. Wearing the unit before contacting us will result in your return being denied and the item will be shipped back to you. 

 

4.Please discuss if your custom ready to wear item is a good fit for you before purchasing. 

 

5.Significant changes cannot be made to any ready to wear items. 

 

 

There are ABSOLUTELY no returns, refunds, or exchanges on ready to wear items. We are not responsible if your measurements are inaccurate. (Please make sure you measure your head properly before purchasing.) 

 

There is a 25% CANCELLATION FEE of your total order for all canceled custom orders after 24 hours. 

 

If you canceled a ready to wear item and it HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED, you will receive a FULL REFUND.

 

 

If you are unsatisfied with your Custom item after receiving it , we will try our best to offer a solution but no refunds, returns, or exchanges. PLEASE read all the terms and policies when ordering the correct item and size. 

 

 

LACE CLOSURES 

 

Lace closures are delicate materials and require careful handling when wearing and cleaning. We are not responsible for damage to the wig or pieces incurred due to excessive wear and tear on the piece , improper handling , or failure of the client to properly clean and store the piece . If you need any alterations or repairs on your unit please contact us immediately.
