EXTENSION POLICIES

  • REFUND POLICY - We will only accept unworn hair extensions in their original condition within 5 days of receipt of delivery. You will be reimbursed the cost of the item(s) at the time of purchase and any sales tax paid for the item(s). You will not be reimbursed any shipping costs or associated shipping taxes. NOTE: Failure to adhere to our return policy will result in your return being denied and the item will be shipped back to you.  (Add to additional information) 

 

 

  • ORDER ISSUE - Please contact sidneyshadonbooking@gmail.com if you experience any issues with your order and or questions . Please be sure to include your First and Last name and Order No. We will reply back within 2 business days . Please read our return policy prior to contact. 

 

  • COLOR DISCLAIMER - We do not recommend coloring extensions beyond a Level 6. We recommend you always consult with a licensed professional who specializes in coloring hair to achieve the results you want. Also note, multiple coloring processes and coloring to blonde/white will interfere with the integrity of the hair extensions which can cause dryness shedding. We are not liable, nor responsible, for altered hair extensions. We do not offer refunds, nor exchanges, once hair has been altered in any manner (i.e. colored, cut, etc.)

 

  • SHIPPING - Clips ins are custom made so you can expect production to be completed 7 days from your purchase.(WEEKENDS NOT INCLUDED) Please allow up to 1 business day for your order to be processed. Once your order has been picked by USPS/UPS, please allow 3 business days for the shipping carrier to deliver your order. There may be delays beyond our control so we cannot be responsible for delays that may occur within the shipping carriers network.
