For Hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns , exchanges once hair has been opened, worn, or altered.

If you receive the wrong length, texture, or a defective product, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered)

Gentle Wash: Use a sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. Finger comb, washing in a downward motion to prevent tangling.

Detangle: Come through with a wide- tooth comb or detangling brush while hair is damp and conditioned.
